• What payment method you accept?
• We accept Paypal as secure online payment method.
• Credit Card is also accept via Paypal channel. 
• Banks transfer and Wester Union are also accepted. Please contact us for payment info.
• How long you need to porduction my neon sign?
• Gennerally we need 3-5 business days to products your sign.
• How about shippment?
• Free Shipping for all orders.
• We generally ship out orders by EMS express shipping, which take about 7 - 14 days to deliver worldwide.
• Rush shipping like DHL(3-7 days) may take addtional shipping fee (about 30-50% of sign price). Please contact us if you need rush order.
• How about Return?
• All Neon Signs are NOT accept for return due to product characteristic.
• How about signs broken when arrival?
• Neon signs are amazing but fragile. Please turn on the neon sign and take photo to us. We will find out which tubes are broken and send you replacement asap. it's very easy for you to exchange replace tube. You dont need to be an engineer.
• How about warranty?
• We provide one year warranty for power adapter and glass tube. If adapter or glass tube brokend after one year, you need to pay for shipping fee and replacement cost. (Glass tube is free).
